NTDS CPCI Parallel Adapter
The ASEG Inc. NTDS CPCI Parallel Card provides an easy way for a user to communicate with many MIL-STD-1397 devices. The adapter has been designed to isolate the user from the details of the MIL-STD-1397 specification while also allowing complete control of the operational interface.

The adapter is easily programmed to support all required modes and protocols. Adapter configuration includes operating mode, timeouts, driver control, LED control, as well as other ancillary operations. Data and Function transmission is easily accomplished via DMA. The operation of the adapter can be monitored via interrupts or by polling the appropriate status register. Troubleshooting and diagnostics are supported via Data and Function polling and slew rate control.

The ASEG Inc. PC104+ ATDS Serial card provides a MIL-STD compliant way for the user to communicate with an external Data Terminal Set (DTS) or Terminal Data Set (TDS). The adapter is easily programmed to support all required modes and protocols. Adapter configuration includes operating mode, frame rate, timeouts, driver control, LED control, as well as other ancillary operations. Data transmission is easily accomplished via a buffer pointer and word count. The operation of the adapter can be monitored via interrupts or by polling the appropriate status register. The adapter also supports the transmission or reception of link addresses. Troubleshooting and diagnostics are supported via TAP mode and transmission of sidetone data buffers.

The adapter is easily programmed to support all required modes and protocols. Adapter configuration includes operating mode, timeouts, driver control, LED control, as well as other ancillary operations. Data and Function transmission is easily accomplished via DMA.
