Project Manager is primary interface to client for project team.	10	Bachelors Degree in Computer Science	Overall technical and project management experience that applies to development of computer based systems. Four (4) years of direct technical experience that applies to systems analysis and object oriented design and development for complex software systems.
Senior Object Consultant	Guides overall technical effort including concept of operations, object modeling, architecture development, and implementation. Responsible for technology assessing and selecting technical approach to address functional, performance, and operational requirements. Guide detailed design and implementation with hands on knowledge of standards and technologies, tools, and languages.	8	Bachelors Degree in Computer Science	Overall experience in the analysis, design, and development of complex, distributed, software systems. Experience using object oriented analysis and design techniques, 2 or more object oriented programming languages and operating systems, and the application of distributed object technology. Four (4) years experience in message based, two tier, and three-tier client/server technologies.
Object Consultant	Responsible for the design, implementation, unit testing, and integration testing of software modules.	4	Bachelors Degree in Computer Science	Experience in the design and development of object oriented software systems. Experience using object oriented design techniques, 1 or more object oriented programming languages, and the application of distributed object technology. Experience in 'two-tier' and 'three-tier' client/server techniques.
Systems Engineer	Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, conducts feasibility studies.	10	Bachelors Degree in Computer Science	Technical experience that applies to systems analysis and design techniques for complex computer systems.Requires competence in all phases of systems analysis techniques, concepts and methods; also requires knowledge of available hardware, system software, input/output devices, structure and management practices.
Software Engineer	Work with other development team members to formulate and implement software solutions that support the user requirements.	3	Bachelors Degree in Computer Science	Technical experience that applies to design implementation techniques for complex computer systems. Requires competence in all phases of systems software development: requirement specification, design, code, integration, debug, installation, maintenance, and documentation
Programmer	Work with other development team members to implement software solutions that support the user requirements.	1	Associates Degree in Computer or Information Science	Software development experience. Requires competence in the following software development phases of a system implementation: software design, code, integration, debug and documentation.
Technical Support	Support software development team with various activities including installing and configuring computer and network hardware, performing backups, and running system builds.	1	High School Diploma or Equiv.	Technical experience that applies to computer system support, maintenance, and administration. In addition, such personnel should be capable of supporting the less technical tasks of the of the system development team.
